Point Mountain Wilderness is a 2600-acre private preserve abundant with native wildlife including, whitetail deer, turkey, black bear and a variety of other wild creatures. Hunting is offered, in season, to only a limited number of hunters, on a first come first served basis. We are also surrounded by some of the best fishing in WV. Fly fishing on the Elk and our native streams will prove challenging even to the expert fisherman. For the novice we have two ponds well stocked with mature rainbow, brown and golden trout. We also offer a variety of other outdoor opportunities, that is sure to make for an exciting and exclusive retreat. PMW is easily accessible by car and from nearby Clarksburg Airport with connects from D.C. and other major cities.
