We have been processing deer for 12 years and have worked hard to create the most efficient & sanitary system for processing your venison. Our facilities are State inspected. Your deer will be tagged, skinned and hung in our walk in coolers; Custom cut to your specification (you will get YOUR deer back, not someone else's!) and then it will Packed, labeled and flash frozen in our walk in freezer ready for you to pick up. The length of time depends on the amount of deer ahead of you. Usually you will have it back within a week, rarely more. We know some hunters come from out of state and would like to have it back quicker. If you absolutely HAVE to have it back by the next day...for your convenience we now offer an EXPRESS CUT, in all fairness, add $49.99.
