The Helm Ranch is 2,100 acres, located in the South Texas Brush Country and is in both, Live Oak and Bee Counties. Whitetail deer, turkey, hogs, javelina, dove, quail and predators are some of the game that can be seen on the ranch. With 16 stock tanks, 8 windmills and 2 creeks running the length of the ranch and food plots of oats, sorghum, and sunflower, as well as numerous corn feeders, we accommodate a large game population. Whitetail deer and turkey are hunted during their respective seasons. Hogs, javelina and predators are hunted year round. Except for javelina, hunting is conducted from already placed stands (tripods). All stands have feeders. Javelina are normally hunted by stalking the roads and sendero's. Hogs are hunted starting at early dusk and going well into the night. The policy of the Helm Ranch is to provide each hunter the opportunity to have a successful and enjoyable hunt.
